Four more days to go before Hari Deepavali,,,,,, thats mean holiday is coming!! huurayy:) Whats your planning?? having a sumptuous dinner with family or beloved person,,,,,, or go shopping with friends,,,, or just laying at home for rest?? I have to stay at home to prepare my exam LoL so sad,,,,,,, miss my home now:( For those who decided to stay at home,,,,, there's a suggestion for you to do in a holiday,,,,, and become prettier at the same time. Sound good?? Lets start!!
Here comes the homemade mask for you to do in the holiday:) Save time and money,,,,, you can do it at home while watching tv, facebook-ing, listening to the music etc,,,,,, it's convenient right??? Here you need a lemon, an egg, a japanese cucumber and yogurt. All the ingredient can get from supermarket, organic ingredient is optional, you can use normal one.
Here I'm using FARM FRESH NATURAL YOGURT. They declare the yogurt is 100% genuine fresh milk yogurt, no preservative, no colouring, no food conditioner.
Seeeeeee,,, yogurt!!! Oppssssss,,, I ate half of them-.- It's yummy!!! I mix yogurt with blueberries, cranberries, strawberries and grapes together which is my breakfast. For dinner, I mix it with nut macadamia, almonds, sunflower seeds, raisins and kidney beans. Sometimes I use blender to blend fruits and yogurt together for my middle meals. What a health lifestyle!!haha. Back to topic, its smell like cheese?? and milk of course,,,, when I taste it, I'm not use to the taste because it is sour and salty@@ anyway, it's a good ingredient for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle:)
Separate egg white with egg yolk, keep the egg yolk in a small bowl to after use. Cut japanese cucumber into smaller pieces and put into a blender, Blend it until it becomes liquid. Pour it into a bigger bowl, or your own mask bowl, pour the egg white and two spoon of yogurt into the mixture. Squeeze few drops of lemon juice into the mixture and mix well.
You'll get something like this. Smells good!!! but please dont eat them,,,,, *I think the only people who feel like eating this is ME -.- Prepare few cotton pads and dip it into the mixture. Squeeze the excess water out and apply it on your face.
Hmmm.......... Hulk's sister????? hahaha please bear with it,,,, you'll become prettier after this:) Wait for 15-20 minutes.
Tear all the cotton pads when it's almost dry or after 15-20 minutes. Please dont leave it on your face for long time because the cotton pads will absorb water in your skin. Usually I wouldn't go for a sleep when putting on mask because I'll sleep overnight LoL You'll see the mixture is stick on your face. Don't worry, go and rinse with water gently. Please bear in mind that you must wash it carefully so that the mixture is not going to clog your pores,,,, otherwise your work is gonna waste.
Wow,,,,, see how smooth and brighter skin tone I am:) I think you guys can see the effect right??
Remember the egg yolk separated earlier?? now it's time for it to come out. Gently apply it on your face. Please control the amount which is gonna apply on your face otherwise it'll drop on your cloth or somewhere else. Egg yolk acts as a moisturiser and nourish your skin. So remember, please don't throw it away!!
Wait until it's dry,,,, how to test whether it's ready to wash off?? You can smile like me,,,,,,, yes I'm smiling,,,,,,hardly -.- So that's the time you can wash it off:)
Taadaaaaaa,,,,, how's my skin??? I'm still try harder to control my skin condition,,, it's better now but still get pimples and dark circle. Yes I believe I can become prettier:) Apply toner and moisturiser after washing off the egg yolk on your face in order to hydrate your skin and to lock water in your skin for whole night:)
